At 35-years-old Henrik Lundqvist is not slowing down. The King made 40 saves on Friday and is tied for the NHL lead in appearances for a goalie with 17. In 37 career games against the Sens, Lundqvist has a 2.11 GAA and a .930 SV%.

Pavel Buchnevich has 12 points over his past 11 games (seven goals, five assists), scoring a goal in six of 11 games. The 22-year-old also leads the team in points per 60 minutes of ice time (3.25).

Offseason signing Kevin Shattenkirk is adjusting just fine with the Rangers. He leads NHL defensemen in primary points (14; five goals, nine assists) and is tied for first in power play points with 9. Shattenkirk has also had success against the Sens in his career, registering at least one point in each of his last five games against them.

The Rangers will get their first look at Matt Duchene in a Senators jersey tonight. Ottawa acquired the talented center earlier this month in a blockbuster three-team trade, but so far Duchene is scoreless in four games with the Sens.

Rangers coach Alain Vigneault actually got his start in coaching with the Senators. He was hired as an assistant coach in 1992 and spent four seasons there.
