1 Going Back-to-Back

The Knicks are right back at it tonight after defeating the Wizards in D.C. last night, 101-97

New York is 4-8 is the second game of back-to-back sets this season.

2 Balance Is Key

Part of the reason for the Knicks win Sunday was their balanced offensive attack.

Led by Trey Burke‘s game-high 19 points, the Knicks had a season-high eight players score in double-figures, including four players off the bench.

Emmanuel Mudiay thrived off the bench with 11 points, seven assists and zero turnovers.

3 Don't Forget About Trey

Making his first start of the season, Trey Burke scored his 19 points on 8-15 shooting while adding three assists and three steals.

He also came up with the game-winning bucket with the Knicks trailing by one, converting a three-point play with 35 seconds remaining to put the Knicks up for good.

4 So Far This Season

Tonight marks the fourth and final meeting between these teams this season.

New York has won two of the three games so far, including a recent 124-101 win on St. Patrick’s Day at The Garden.

The Hornets won the lone matchup in Charlotte back in December.

5 Charlotte's Dynamic Duo

While Charlotte’s playoffs hopes are bleak, they have won three straight and it’s been because of Dwight Howard and Kemba Walker.

Howard had 32 points and 30 rebounds against Brooklyn on Wednesday, and 18 points and 23 rebounds against Dallas on Saturday.

He was suspended for Thursday’s game against Memphis, and that’s when Walker exploded for 46 points in Charlotte’s 140-79 trouncing of the Grizzlies.
